Sue and Mike Gallagher were referred to me when they did a major facelift and addition to their raised ranch. They wanted a front entry garden with a patio to have coffee on and still feel somewhat private. We added more parking, retaining walls, and a network of paths through the new entry garden, as well as many feature plants. We also added a tapestry hedge along the driveway and dogwood trees lining the drive to add depth and break up to the long approach to the house. The emphasis was a winter interest garden that would have stand-out plants all year. I still stop by this property to see the 'Jelena' Witchazel bloom in February.

“We decided to redo our garden when we remodeled our home a few years ago. Our builder recommended Lelaneia and as soon as we saw her plan, we knew it was perfect for our house and setting. Lelaneia spent hours helping us plan the layout, choose the plants based on our favorites, and oversee the planting. The best thing about our garden is that there is year round color and interest. Even after several years, we are still in awe of how beautiful our yard looks when we drive up our driveway. Finally, we've got a yard that we don't feel the need to move plants around in!”
